User Instructions:
Power On: Press and hold the function button for 2 seconds. The intensity and mode indicator lights will illuminate, indicating that the device is powered on.
Power Off: Press and hold the function button for 2 seconds. The fascia gun stops working, and all indicator lights go off, indicating that the device is powered off. It defaults to automatically shut down after a single continuous operation of 15 minutes, and it also automatically shuts down after being idle for more than 2 minutes.
Notice:
1. It is recommended to start with a low intensity level.
2. Use the device on well-developed muscles.
3. Do not stay in the same area for more than 1 minute.
4. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent injury.
5. The recommended duration for a single session is not more than 10 minutes. If you still feel tight or sore, you can extend the massage time appropriately, but it should not exceed 30 minutes.
